Panchayats are formed for the well fare of the village and villagers, But now more often Panchayat words come with KHAP and they are notorious for their decisions. Not only the KHAP gives Out of dicisions but their are some other organizations that gives FATWA ? Here i have tried to highlight this serious matter.
