Why do people ask... HOW MUCH YOU EARN?

Today this post is neither to explain something nor shows my opinion toward any thing. This is just the conversation that i do to my self.
People generally ask me. How much you Earn? this question generates two questions in my mind.
1) Does it really mean to the person in front of me?
2) Is it true "Money matters the MOST!!"

First question i ignore most of the TIME, but the second keep striking in my mind. Sometime i say NO its not true, LOVE/Friendship/Relation matters the Most. But most of the time to maintain them YOU need money, and some time money play significant role in all these. that means money matters the most!!!; I still not able to digest this fact. But one thing  is clear  .........It Matters!!!

What to wear ?

Now a days it is buzz that Women should have right to choose what they want to wear? I say YES then  why Men should not have these rights. In more general sense People should have right to choose what they want to wear?

But !! COMMON SENSE which is  " very uncommon in common people ", it is not about right to choose what to wear. I my point of view it is about  Where to wear ... What? That is where DRESS CODE comes into the picture.

This is very simply, it doesn't require any scientific calculation or rocket science to know where to wear ... what, for instance if some person goes for condolence he/she is not suppost to wear any ceremonial dress.  Where does right to choose come into picture, it is just a COMMON SENSE. If we take one more example that if any body go to gym then he or she suppose to wear a track suit, so that you are freely able to do your exercises. That is why the word DRESS CODE is so important and people should under stand this. In school students are suppose to wear uniform, so that every body feel equal. 

While swimming people should wear swimsuit, but u r not suppose to wear swimsuit in marriage ceremony. On this some say i have right to wear, what i want to wear, it's just absurdic. Moreover When to wear... What should also taken in to the consideration. Because any body is not suppost to wear summer dress in winter or vice versa. if you wearing sweater in summer so....

So its my request be sensible... use common sense.

Reservation and Cast Politics

Word "Reservation" always been notorious because of its use and Reservation on the bases of cast makes it absurdic. Now a days these words become very common, " Reservation for Gujjar's,Reservation for Jat's, Reservation for Dalit, Reservation for Minorities". Seriously i feel people become fed up of these things. One question always come to my mind "Why these people love to live or called UNDER PREVILEGED while they have every thing with them?" Is this some kind of status symbol that I am SC,ST, OBC or Under Privileged.One thing always strike in my mind why a person can't  treat other person  like a person ?

Does it matter, In which family you are born? It is totally a mental issue which is converted in political and than a national issue. People put their energy, money and time to get reservation, why not these people put their efforts for humanity and works to take out their community form the list of Under Privileged and why they only work for their community only not for humanities.  They protest for their community which seriously affect other people (which may be of their own community) who are going to their work, to meet relatives, or to help others in Hospital. I feel pity whe some of the well educated person support such type of protest which harm whole society.

I feel its time when Suprime Court of India should intervene and give strict guidelines for various selection procedures. Because this matter gone beyond the reach of state or center government. These governments just play politics on these issues nothing more than that. Same is happaning now a days, there are elections in various states so opposition or even ruling parts do these things. Suprime Court should come step by step to remove every kind of Reservation and discrimination, which create hatred in society. Removal of reservation should start form the education fields, where there will not be any reservation in any education institute of any kind, people should sit in entarance exams if they clear it they will be admitted in institution irrespective of their cast.

Its my request to all the people  To become a human rather than a communal.

India should learn from Japan.

I show my heartiest feeling and condolence for the people of Japan. How they acutely and bravely fought with the power of nature. I appreciate their Disaster Management System, to get the information about the tsunami and earthquake point 4hrs before the actual incident happened and with in just 240 minutes they evacuated the hundreds of thousand people form the affected areas before the actual hit. How they shutdown their Nuclear reactors, which are their major source of electricity, and we can think of life without electricity, even then they manage to communicate with lots of people before the disastrous hit.

Their are various ways of learning, one way that let the situation to happen with yourself  or learn form others who coped with the situations. Indian Disaster Management System should learn how Japanese dealt with this deadly situation without throwing the blames on each other's department. Every year multi million disaster management budget is passed by the government, but this amount either goes in the pocket of politicians or remains on paper. Just National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM)'s has been established but nobody knows what they do and what they teach. One thing that comes to my mind that these institutes have given earthquake zones in India that’s it. What next? Even they don't know what next to do? Colonies and Apartments are built even in these earthquake zones without taking any of the recommended measures. Every body knows how they got approval to build these apartments in  those areas.

Moreover if they found that they have to evacuate people form disaster hit area then these people don't even know after evacuation where the person will be put. If I take one practical example if Delhi’s Sadar Baajar got fire then they don't now how to cope with it or how they will evacuate people and where they will be restored. When tsunami hit to India in 2004 more than 2lakh people were killed, just few people are evacuated because of improper communication and mismanagement.

So it’s my request to those people who are in Disaster Management System to wake up and always get ready to help people because these things doesn't happen by giving prior intimation and i don't think that we have such kind to technology that will tell us this will happen next.  At least learn from Japan what they did and how they did. I hope my voice will go to those ears.

Bharat Ratna : A Award or Personal Property

"Bharat Ratna" highest civilian honor of India. Since freedom only 41 people are able to receive this most prestigious award of our country. It is given for exceptional service towards advancement of Art, Literature and Science, and in recognition of Public Service of the highest order. There is no written criterion to whom this should be given and there is no written provision that Bharat Ratna should be awarded to Indian citizens only. These two things makes this award vulnerable. Means how would you decide that whose service is exceptional and of the highest order.Is there any constitutional definition of exceptional or highest order, I feel we can't define.

I would be very happy, like every other cricket fan moreover every other Indian if it is confered to Sachin Tendulkar,because cricket is like religion in India. And Sachin is like a God of Cricket. He carries himself as one should follow him,whether on the field or off the field.

But how the jury will decide that it should be given to Sachin, or Sachin's work is better than the other people in other fields. There are so many people in other field who's work is as good as Sachin's in their field and there are not even think of as a contender for this award which makes me feel bad (Personally). It always come to my mind why this award in not give to :

and lots more.

Even if we see the list of awardees you will ask to your self why they are selected? I also predicted to whom next Bharat-Ratna will be given. I feel one day Sonia Gandhi (Not done exceptional till now but no body knows)will be honored by this award because Shri Nehru Ji received this, Shri Mati Indira Gandhi ji Got this , Shri Rajiv Gandhi ji Confered this now its turn for Shri Mati Sonia Gandhi ji and then  Shri Rahul ji.

So Its my request to Jury to be as transparent as they can, please don't distribute this award to every second person and don't became biased of anybody's popularity, power or money. Do favor those whose works are directly associated with the glory of India.

Every second moment we listen these words. Every body telling what has risen and how much risen. But on the lighter node, every body love if SHARE (Stock) price rises, property price rises. Is price rise good in economics or in business ? I don't know (might be ?) . But what I know , “No body things why this happen and why this is happening so fast, and what the solution to slow down this.” I found the reason of it, Ifs and buts are always there but no body will say this is not the cause of price rise. I know there are lots of things which are not in our control but there are some. Here I have tried to explain my point view on price rise (I am only taking day to day goods in to consideration like beans, grains,onion, milk etc.)

Why does these prices rise? In the simplest form when every the big gap between demand and supply the price will rise. Demand is increasing because we are increasing in numbers. But we are not able to increase supply with the rate the demand is increasing. And here is the problem.

Means, we have not given the farming the same status as we have give to other occupations. If you ask most of the people in villages what you do? They feel more comfortable in saying I am unemployed rather than a FARMER. I don't know why they take farming as inferior occupation. That is why people are running out of villages, which increase the pressure on cities. And hence is less production of vegetables and other products , this is not so solid to say that this is the reason of price rise, but it is. I met few of the farmers who have small amount of land, when ever I say why don't you saw vegetables and flowers, they say there is no market for it. (They are right in their sense. ) So we are bound to grow only grains and think of other alternatives of earning. Which automatically reduces the productivity .

Same with the milk, It was said that India is the country where milk flows in river, But what happen now is that there are villages where we will not found the cattle specially in HARYANA. Why?, because we have not given the same status to Milkman in society as a shopkeeper has, there may be many more reasons but it is a reason. We should find the reasons why the younger generation is not opting the farming as their career, even after passing out B.E./B. Tech in agriculture form IITs. These people go abroad and provide various way to increase productivity, ways for better storage, ways to increase commutation links between farmlands and markets.There are some governmental issues as well, such as storage problem, distribution plans.

Over economics is based on farming rather than export import base, that is why we are able to tolerate the jolt of ressession. So its my request to some of my friends not to leave village as well as farming, on the other hand start selling Milk products and use your education for the improvement of status of Farming. These things happens in various countries in the world where people opt farming and related works as their career (especially in Australia) .

And my appeal to government please give his active time toward the farming as it gives toward the CWG or other matters.

Deterioration in the Standard of POLITICS.

I would start with reminisce you some of the recent past statements and events which automatically proves the Title.These statements are not related to any party or specific group of people, but show the overall decay in standard of politics in the world's largest Democracy.

1) Maharashtra is the place for Marathi's by MNS Chief.

2) Crime in Delhi due to migrants by Home Minister.

3) BJP is anti-Muslim by Dig Vijay Singh.

4) BJP president compares the RJD president with dog.

5) Deadlock in parliament each party throwing blame on other.

6) Mani Shankar Ayer’s statement of CWG. "Khel ka Beda Garg ho jaye to theek hai"

7) Samajvadi Party's chief on Ayodha Verdict, "Miniorties k saath theek nahi hua"

8) Countless statements of various Chief Ministers and lots more

Thing which create more agitation is, some of them are highly qualified and experienced.

It’s my appeal to all leaders that Indian people are not FOOL and they are Fed-up with such type of Politics.

The serious issue is the

"Deterioration in the Standard of POLITICS."

Why don't they HIGHLIGHT the serious matters like

1) CWG & 2g Scam.

2) Price Rise.

3) Situation in Kashmir.

4) Naxalism.

5) GIRLS’ security in various cities.

6) Damaged structure of night shelters .

7) Rotten food Grains.

8) MIG -21 &27 crash.

9) China’s dual behavior.

10) UnEducation, Unemployment,

11) Tution fee rise and demand of bulk money on the name of building and school funds and lots more

I would also blame the media for not highlighting these issues rather they are rushing toward spicy news "Sonakshi get morphed."It’s my request to all media persons please stick to their task.

One Positive of CWG-2010

Commonwealth games are always known for negative but Asian Game telly is one positive of CWG Games. It's our best performance ever in Asian games, Moreover we bagged the medal in those game in which we are counted as novice, for instance ATHELETIC (Steeplechase, 10000mtrs & 5000mtrs running), WUSHU, ROLLER-SPORTS, Gymnastics , Swimming.

These games also given us two heroes Preeja Sreedharan and Kavita Raut.

Its my request to the Indian Government to make the legacy plans of CWG more transparent so that stadiums can only be used by the players rather than used for political meetings or marriage ceremonies, only then we will able to produce more sporting heroes. Government should create a clean sporting environment so that a person would not hesitate to opt SPORTS as a career.

How much reliable Delhi Metro is ???

It is now every often that Delhi metro is stuck due to power failure or because of signalling problem. And passengers getting late to their destination. I found, metro is not the best option to commute if you are going to get your flight, or train, going for exam or interview, because you don't know, very next moment power failure occurs and you are delayed by two hours. And one biggest challenge is that you can not come out of the metro and take the other way if power failure occurs between two stations.

So it's my request please avoid if you are going for exam or other important appointment.

Teachers in our Life.

Life is all about learn and teach , but I feel it is all about learn because  when we teach/share even then we learn , the common phrase “To teach is to learn twice ”strengthens this fact.

The word Guru/Teacher is not restricted to human; it is not true that a human can only be a teacher. From where we learn is our teacher, Teacher can be a Tree that preach us the lesson of GIVING, River that preach us the lesson that NOT TO STOP, Dog teach us TRUSTWORTHNESS  and there are lots more teachers such as Time and Circumstances we come across in our life.

But today I recall Human as a Teacher, to whom we interact more than any other. Since our birth we have different teachers in different stages of our life. The first teacher of any child is his/her mother what she teaches us can't be pen down, but we can feel that. Then family and friends teaches us the moral and social values and teach us about the responsibilities. Later in school we get to know about languages, culture and nation etc. While professors in college pave the path for our career. And in profession, colleague teaches us about the work. One thing is common in all that none of them take credit of what they did for us.

So on this very special occasion of “Teacher’s Day” I render my gratitude to all my teachers who been with me, supported me, scolded me in different stages of my life and provided me the stage where i am.

Project Development : My Experience

For last two n half years like every other MCA student I was looking for work in a project development team, look and feel it very closely.  Today seriously I feel project development  fun and hectic both , it is fun as long as we are getting results  in our favor  and become hectic as soon as we stuck or deadline comes.  I get to know few facts or might say part and parcel of this field.

One thing always comes with it is CHANGE, it is the bitter truth and very provocative. No matter at what stage your project is we found more often than not change in the specification or design approach. So it is my request to all my friends, whatever you do (code, design, test, document etc ) always keep in mind that at any stage you are ordered to change (any) things.

Today I understand why the developers don’t do DOCUMENTATION, and you cannot tell anybody why they don’t document, you can only feel. Even now I know how boring and lengthy it is to write the project report because I am going to submit that before 31^st of this month.

One positive of project development process is that if you are not best with your programming skills even though you can code because every code is there on GOOGLE we have to just search it and modify it according to our need. What I feel good programmer should be good with his/her search techniques.

At last if you are novice like me always have a guide/instructor with you as I have. I thank my guide Mr.Manoj Bisht.

40% of India is captured by Naxalites

As of 2009, Naxalites are active across approximately 220 districts in twenty states of India,accounting for about 40 percent of India's geographical area. 8 states are severely affected by Naxalites. They are especially concentrated in an area known as the "Red corridor", where they control 92,000 square kilometers.

According to India's intelligence agency, the Research and Analysis Wing, 20,000 armed force Naxalites were operating apart from 50,000 regular personnels working in their various mass organizations and millions of sympathizers , and their growing influence is the serious internal threat to India's national security.

 Not only neah, our state(Jammu & Kashmir) is disturbed by terrorist activities, an another state (Arunachal Pradesh) is disturbed by the activities of China. Moreover see the above maps carefully, where some part of  Jammu & Kashmir is not shown as the integral part of India. These are the images which usually came if we search for Indian Map. Such things become so frequent that now the well know site youtube.com gives such type of distorted images in the statistics of the video.

One might say Yes I know, But what can I do.  Actually we can do, we can show our concern, talk , blog and can spread awareness around us. We can support number of NGO's working for the rehabilitation of persons affected by Naxaliasm and Terrorism. We can inform Police and Security forces about any suspicious activity around us to make at-least our surrounding secure. We can not take our National Security for granted. So it is my appeal to all citizens of India to devote their active time for these concerns.

Shivsena synonym of Sabotage

                   Word Shivsena became the synonym for the Sabotage or Protest. Their name always associated with protest or sabotage whether on the name of “Marathi Manus” or “Valentine Day”, now on the name of Pakistani Cricketers.  It is totally reckless and baseless step of sena to protest against Pakistani cricketers to play in IPL3. It is another example of their sick mentality and how much irresponsible they are.

            The big question is that why they are protesting against Pakistani Cricketers!  In the answer of this Shivsena head says “Pakistan was solely responsible for 26/11.” But the recent probe report highlighted that there were one or two Indians to support the terrorists. So Sena should protest against Indian players as well but they don’t, why? Moreover Shivsena chief quoted honorable Home Minister as Home Minister of Pakistan. And he has no regret for this but he wants SRK to apologize for inviting Pak players in IPL3. 

            Another question is that why they are only protesting against Pakistan cricketers. There is no protest against Pakistani players playing in Hockey World Cup- 2010, Commonwealth Games at New Delhi. Moreover, no protest against the Cricket World Cup and South Asian Games going to held next year in India.  Do they have any latent personal rivalry with Pak Cricketers or this is a kind of publicity stunt to make his organization famous in every corner of India or the sena chief want to show his power to SRK.

            Such step of Sena seriously harms not only the initiatives taken for Indo-Pak peace but also disconcerts the peace established Maharashtra as well as in other states.  It’s my appeal to the all Indians to stay away from such type of disruptive activities and come forward, take initiatives to abridge the gulf between India and Pakistan.

China claims on Arunachal Pradesh

"Arunachal Pradesh is not the integral part of India." It is true that is what China says. It is absurdity but true that china claim A.P. as the part of its territory. Moreover they protest on the Prime Minister's visit to this state and argue that how a honorable PM of India visit to a disputed land without the permission of china.

It is not now when China claimed A.P. In 1982 Asian Games , China objected to the march past of Arunachal Pradesh's player in India's contingent. Moreover now a days China's development activities in POK(Pakistan Occupied Kashmir) were brought in the public for the first time, which is the serious threat for the Integrity of India.

China is not only threat for Indian Integrity but also to the Indian economy.India being the largest market in world, china is putting his effort to monopolize this market with their cheap products(cell phones, toys , electric items etc)which are highly dangerous for the market and society "mobile phones" in particulars because they are hard to trace. Even other articles are also the imitation of some famous brands (such as shoes ,T-shirts etc).

Being the citizen of India i appeal to all citizens of india that they notice and highlight such tactic of china to discriminate this country and come together to remove the slumber of our government for this matter. Its my advise that individual should put his efforts to throw out china from our market by promoting the indigenous products.

Nobel Prize for Peace

Although i am a strong acolyte of Obama especially of his political decision making strategies,his approach toward the down fall in economy,his broad vision toward the whole world particularly to global warming, his way to deal with terrorism and extremism but it seems quite ridiculous that he conferred Nobel Prize for Peace and the symbol for peace and harmony Mahatma Gandhi doesn't hold it even being nominated thrice.
Moreover i am not able to understand the criterion set by the Nobel prize authority to give this priceless honor. How can they choose a person for this, who denied to withdraw his army from Afghanistan, who has not stopped to provide ammunition to Pakistan.Who thinks that by army power we can get peace in the society and can take the Afghanistan to sovereignty. On the other hand it is quite amazing that jury discards Mr. Gandhi thrice , who is the person with motto that peace, love and harmony is all about life. He always followed the principle -" if your foe slap on one side of face then you offer other one. "
Instead of accusing Obama that he used his power to get this Title, we should remove the flaws in the selection procedure opted by the jury. We should make it more transparent so that no more such types of questions will arise
